The availability of the Tenthpin support team is specified in the SaaS (Software as a Service) agreement or, if applicable, the complementary support and maintenance agreement with Tenthpin. When the software is first rolled out, you will receive a manual specifically designed for using the ITSM tool. This manual will provide detailed instructions on how to raise tickets, what information you need to include to ensure efficient processing, and descriptions of other actions you can perform using the tool.
Full Service catalog included
The ITSM tool includes a service catalog, which lists all the recurring services specific to the software product. You can request these services for various requirements. A service request might involve administrative tasks that cannot be done through self-service, such as getting access to a software or making adjustments that are low-risk and frequently needed.
