„Dashboards“ for focused ascents

Upvance is providing four snapshots, namely My functional Home, Project Management Snapshot, Management Snapshot and Finance Snapshot. From these you can delve into detailed analytics and generate reports from there, to primarily have an instant overview on different sets of data.

My Functional Home

It provides a source of aggregated information about Functional Units (FU) (departments or business units) being the data either project or non-project related. With this dashboard it is provided an instant overview of Functional Units related data, with a user-friendly interface and visualization features, to display content of the FU in a way that facilitates the content analysis, providing a navigation path for key reports. You will have access for example to this dashboard if you are the Head of a Functional Units or if you are a member of the Corporate Management of the company. “My Functional Home” dashboard includes the following data sets: Resource Utilization, Budget Consumption, Budget Deviation, Purchasing and Planning.

Finance Snapshot

Here you profit from an overview of key financial data about the company, that can be interesting for the CFO and the CEO, for example, of the company. It provides a quick way to analyze key KPIs that will allow to infer on the company cash flow as well as on the spend of Budget during ongoing projects. With this dashboard you can quickly and easily navigate to detailed reports that can support data analysis and decision-making processes.

Project Management Snapshot

This is your dedicated dashboard of collected information regarding created Projects in Upvance. Thus, you will have an instant overview of Projects related data, in a structure that is very similar to the “My Functional Home” dashboard, but is built to pull project data to be plotted regardless of any FU assignments. This is for example your main tool when you cover a Project Manager position in the company, or if you are a member of the Corporate Management. Project Management Snapshot will display the same structure and chart as per the “My functional Home”.

Management Snapshot

It provides an instant overview of different data about the company, compiling both Functional Unit and Project related data, in a way that allows a quick analysis, and an easy navigation point to more detailed reports). You will find in this dashboard a collection of R&D expenses project related/non-project related, an Expenses Breakdown for different planning versions, Budget Deviation and Personnel costs for the different FUs.
